I'm tired of riding this weight loss rollercoaster. It isn't that I don't know how to lose the weight. The problem is that I have learned that I have absolutely no willpower at all when it comes to cravings or food that is offered to me. My daughter is 1 1/2 now and just when I drop to a weight I'm almost happy with I lose control and gain it all back. Does anyone else have any tips for me on how to control my cravings?
